From card: "Wrap around section of black cotton that has been bound on vertical edges with a pink wool materail. Many horizontal narrow stripes of various colors, the outer ones incorporating airplanes as well as lizards."

Woman's skirt with a woman's name woven in the bands at top and bottom. The name appears to be H' Thanh Niê (H' + First Name + Family Name). Note that name appears twice: there is an "H" before the THANH NIE on one band of the skirt. There's no "H" in the other band.
