From card: "Gift of Kawakatusk, 1928, in whose family it has descended. Apparently hemp cord, 5" wide horizontal bands, alternating openwork of just warp stands, and solid work with horizontal diamond pattern worked in. Though faded there are remains of mulberry and almost black dye. Top is bound with cotton cloth."
