Cradleboard. Wooden lattice frame ornamented with brass tacks, fully beaded canvas cover with hide lining. Lazy stitch background with geometric and abstract floral motifs in overlay. Iroquois couch beaded "whimsies" [Niagara Falls-style souvenir beadwork] attached to hood, hide pendants at bottom. 42.5" (108 cm). Records: Purchased 1892. (C).
