From card: "Corn husk head with human hair attached, calico print tunic, black skirt with glass beading at bottom. Brown cloth moccasins. Doll has no face. Seneca dolls have no faces unless used for witchcraft."
Information in accession file indicates doll was made about 1890 by Lucy Snow of the Hawk clan of Coldspring settlement and presented to the donor's father John William Fenton.
