Design on back of blouse is identified as based on Chilean coat of arms.
Design on mola on front of blouse appears to be based on the old U.S. Navy shield, eagle and anchors insignia. A spread winged eagle is atop a shield with stars and stripes; and anchors with rope/chain are also represented.
