From card: "Built up numerous layers of bark into solid crown with a slight ridge in front. Loose barkcloth hangs from the bottom edges. Black color except the loose bark. Village of Wanshar, lower course Markham R. N. E. N. Guinea. This information was on an original [German] tag [glued on label] which came with the specimen. Ref. Carl A. Per the card for E361387, that object once had an original German label, though it is no longer present. It might possibly be from the same collection as E360866?, which still has a German label.
