From card: "This covering is of dressed skin lined with cloth. The top and sides are decorated in lines of porcupine quill embroidery dividing rectangles which contain eagles worked out in porcupine quills. At the top at the back are attached buckskin thongs wrapped in porcupine quills terminating in a fringe."
