From card: "Decorated, old. Used by leader at drum. Wood covered with tanned skin wrapped with fur strips." An old tag that appears to be in Frances Densmore's hand is attached to the drumstick, which says: "Winnebago. Old decorated drumstick used by leader at drum. Belonged to Jasper Blowsnake. 5.00."
