From 19th or early 20th century exhibit label with card: "Cradle. - Back of wands lashed together with thick sinew. Cover of blue worsted, striped with red and yellow. Foot-rest of carved wood. Lined in back with tin. Well padded. Two hoops bent over the front form the support for a sunshade. Length, 3 feet."
