From card: "Completely equipeed. Consisting of the following: 1. Double-bladed paddle, 10 1/8" L.,, end of each blade tipped with ivory, as well as a strip on each side extending about one third of the way from the end. 2. 3 separate types of wooden-shafted harpoons, with ivory points or meta inserted in the ivory. 3. one ivory and wood line holder in circular form, with an attached metal and ivory harpoon foreshaft. 1 3/4" di. [this is usually called harpoon line stand or rack, or float board.] 4. one skin float with ivory nozzle and attachments. 2 3/4". 5. two unidentified wood and ivory attachments for the boat or its use, 2 1/2" L. If there was a figure with this model, it could not be identified as such, Feb. 1956 when this detailed description of the specimen was first made. This single man kayak is similarly pointed on both ends, which are tipped with an ivory knob and the neds of the keel shod with an ivory strip."
