DRESSED STAFF PAINTED RED AND WITH A SPIRAL BAND OF GREEN AROUND IT. AT THE HEAD IS A CARVING REPRESENTING A BIRD (EAGLE?) VERY WELL EXECUTED. ONE EYE IS STILL FILLED WITH RESIN. SMALL SPOTS ARE PUT UNDER THE WINGS AND ON THE BREAST. THE LOWER END OF THE STAFF IS BURNED OFF.
