L-1092 (Keokuk Chert)
Keokuk Chert is also known as Boone, Reed's Spring, Tahlequah, Sallisaw, Woodford, and Grand Falls. It is light gray in color. It becomes buff and reddish brown when weathered. Inclusions may include brachiopods, horn coral, bryozoans and others. It has a medium texture. Deposits include nodular and bedded.
