L-193 (Wyandotte Chert)
Wyandotte chert, also known as Indiana Hornstone or Harrison County varies in color from medium bluish gray or dusky blue, to dark-medium gray, light gray and white. It has concentric or parallel banding, often oolitic, and sponge spicule inclusions.
Geology remarks: Epoch- Mississippian, Stage- Valmeyeran, Group- Blue River, Form- Ste. Genevieve, Member- Fredonia
Location remarks: Southcentral Indiana and northcentral Kentucky
