Donor Notes: "Doll (I think this was purchased on a Paiute Reservation, but I have no recorded information.) Maker Unknown. Stuffed cotton body. Skin face with beaded features. Earings are cardboard (?) disks. Imitation-type Indian blanket including fringe covers body to round base. Headband is red sequins with standing feather. Necklace (includes small shell in front) is of medium-sized beads. Larger beads used as braid ties on gray yarn hair. Almost a caricature. Circular base is muslin-covered cardboard. early 1970s."
