A shaman named Sakrante is shown wearing the object for ceremonial use in film "Gurkha Country" (available at the Human Studies Film Archives, 2007.7.1) and "Himalayan Shaman of Northern Nepal" (2007.7.3) and in photo (National Anthropological Archives, Hitchcock Collection, Box 53 "Buji Khola Pictures" from 1967, and Box 80 Album D.) Reference to the object is found in Box 36 file "Siberia, Afghanistan, Bhuji valley Shamanism and Cuture" (chapter 2, "Bhujel Shamanism" Page 5) Associated with Shaman's belt (catalog number E433310)
