Cotton cloth flag. Appears to be hand-printed or painted. Yellow, green, and red horizontal stripes, with white circle in the middle. Machine-stitched rolled hem on all 4 sides, with short tie attached to one corner. Donor says this is Shan States flag, "as they were in 1955-56".
