Description:
This sheet music is for the song “My Man (Mon Homme).” The lyrics were written by A. Willemetz and Jacques Charles, and the music was composed by Maurice Yvain. The English lyrics were by Channing Pollock. The sheet music was published by Leo Feist Inc. of New York, New York in the 1920s. In Europe the music was published by Francis Salabert of Paris, France. The cream and orange colored cover features an inset photograph of Fannie Brice on the left. There is an illustration on the right of a silhouette of a woman leaning against a lamppost. This song was Brice’s signature tune.
