The Acousticon Model 26 is a single microphone carbon bearing hearing aid made by the Dictograph Products Inc., in New York City, in the mid-1930s. It has a bone conduction head piece with band, battery connection, and amplifier. This example, Serial No. 7292, was donated to the Smithsonian in 1939.
