Raytheon type VT.127 tetrode tube. Plastic 7-pin base with center post and top contact. Getter stains on inner envelope wall. Stamped on tube: "Raytheon / VT.127 / 4-20 / Made in U.S.A. / 10E/231", stamped on other side "A [crown logo] M / 114". This is a screen grid tetrode, not a radar tube.
