Harry Dubois / For Fundamental / Contributions / In Plastics Science / and Engineering / Sponsored by New York Section.” That on the other side reads “INTERNATIONAL AWARD / SOCIETY OF PLASTICS ENGINEERS.” J. Harry Dubois (1903-1986) was a businessman and consultant in the field of petrochemicals and plastics.
