Oil on illustration board. Portrait of two star General William F. Tompkin. Army Service Ribbons for Decorations and Medals include: Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Purple Heart, Mexican Service, Victory with gold stars, American Defense Service, European-African Middle Eastern Campaign, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign, American Campaign, WWII Victory, and Philippine Liberation Medal. Tompkin has grey hair, blue eyes, and is clean shaven. A beige background is behind the Major General's left shoulder. Tompkins signature in pencil is in the right hand corner.
