AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR" and “TYPE T-23V01; IMPUT VOLTAGE 95-130V; FREQUENCY 60; SERIAL NO. 14677; OUTPUT V.A. 100; SEC. V.: SEC. V., SEC. V." The Thordarson Electric Mfg. Co., in Chicago, was organized by Chester Thordarson (1867-1945), an Icelandic-American who held nearly a hundred patents related to transformers, inductors, high voltage coils, etc.
