Coca was a popular actress and comedian known for her subtle exaggeration and outlandish expressions. She costarred with Sid Caesar on Your Show of Shows (1950-1954), a groundbreaking variety and sketch comedy program celebrated for its adaptation of vaudeville and radio comedy to the new medium of television.
