Description:
Ribbon badge, "ANNUAL MEETING OF COTTON MANUFACTURERS MEMBER". Blue ribbon attached to gold metal pin. Ribbon has gold printing; the pin has a circular design with a floral accent on the exterior. Interior has a floral design around a cotton gin. The National Association of Cotton Manufacturers in a circular frame. The badge is metal and has a picture of a loom. Cotton sprigs on either side of loom; has pin built into back; has a built in clip to hold ribbon.
Meeting and Convention badges such as this represent the importance of the textile industries in the US economy.
