This vibrating condom was manufactured by the Shenyang Nostum Company, LTD of Shenyang, China around 2000. The package contains one condom and one vibrating ring. The reverse features the English text “Reins is unique vibrator of use on the penis, intensifying sexual pleasure and allowing both you and your partner to climax at the same time. The condom is promotes safe and responsible sex. The condom is a latex product, with spermicidal properties and conforms to EU standards.” The condom was distributed by DKT International, a non-profit organization founded by Phil Harvey in 1989 to promote family planning and HIV/AIDS prevention through social marketing.
