Description (Brief):
Marked: "Paragon Regenerative Receiver / Manufactured by / Adams-Morgan Co. / Upper Montclair, N.J. / Licensed under Armstrong / Patent 1113149 / Type 2 / Serial No. 144." Regenerative detector employing UV-201A type tubes. Appropriate filament voltage tapping circuit permits use of other tubes such as UV-199, 216-A, UV-200, WD-11 and WD-12. Voltages available are 1.2, 4, and 6. A 4-point variable inductance switch is combined with an antenna tuning condenser. A separate capacitor varies wavelength setting and a variometer controls regeneration. A 4-point volume control switch and a filament rheostat are also available on the front panel.
