Description (Brief):
Marked: "Regenerative Receiver / Type H.R. / 175-825 M / Clapp-Eastham Co. / Cambridge, Mass. / Licensed under Armstrong / U.S. Patent 1113149, Oct. 6, 1914 / for use in amateur experimental and scientific school radio stations." Regenerative detector using 201-A type tubes. "Radak" stamped no faceplate. Antenna condenser and tickler coil controls are located on front panel together with a filament rheostat. Connections on panel for antenna, ground, filament battery, and headphones. Plate battery connections are made inside unit. Original price: $40.00 REF: "Langley Set Index", page 15.
