Description:
This three-ring binder holds one 5 1/4" floppy disk, stamped JUNE 16 1980, containing VisiCalc software for the Apple II and Apple II Plus. It is the version of the program copyrighted in 1979. The binder also holds an instruction manual entitled "VisiCalc Computer Software Program" by Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston of Software Arts, Inc. The publisher is listed a Personal Software, Inc. of Sunnydale, California, and the copyright given as 1979.
VisiCalc was one of the first commercially distributed spreadsheet programs for microcomputers.
