Description:
Six strips, machine sewn together. Orange and blue cotton warp threads,vivid multi clored weft stripes with silk pattern blocks that resemble the Asante snail shell pattern.
Provenance:
Woven by Gilbert Bobbo Ahiagble while at the Museum of African Art as Artist-in-Residence through the support of a State Department grant.
