According to the donor this carefully plaited and dyed fiber skirt was worn at circumcision ceremonies and was collected in Bangui, Central African Republic
Description:
Multi strand raffia skirt, waist band and top of braided skirt fibers dyed red, with bottom section loose strands left natural color with blocks of black and red, band of black at ends.
