The linear patterns with intricate detail, cross motifs and the fine fringe of this cushion are emblematic of the best of Tuareg leatherwork. The Arabic inscription on the red border translates, "Made by the hands of Keltoum daughter of Sadat son of Sidi Mohamed."
Description:
Fringed, red leather cushion in the shape of the figure 8 or a sandal composed of two design panels with cross, linear patterns. Multicolored fringe length 20-25 cm.
