A signed hardcover Russian edition of ??? ????? ?? ????? ????? ? ?????????? ?????a (kak vesti za soboy lyudey i dobivat'sya uspekha) [The Leadership Secrets of Colin Powell], written by Oren Harari. The book features a glossy dark blue hardcover designed with three color photographs superimposed over each other. The primary image features General Powell under bright light with his hand raised, mid-speech. In the other two images, men in business attire look over documents in a library and in the concrete empty space of a large building. The author’s name and the book title are printed in large white, yellow, and orange text, above the images. The spine displays the book title, author, and publisher name with logo, printed vertically in red, yellow, and white text. Author Harari inscribed a message to General Powell in black ink on the first blank page. The last page of the book is numbered at 239. On the back cover is a summary of the book’s contents and purpose printed in bold white text.
