An Armed Forces Expeditions, Panama 1989-1990 campaign streamer, owned by General Colin L. Powell. The streamer is designed with double-sided horizontal colors featuring a green border and wide bright blue center striped in the middle with red, white, and dark blue. On either side of the center are narrow stripe groups of black, brown, and yellow. Large white embroidery sewn between each black stripe on the front of the streamer depicts the words “PANAMA 1989-1990”.
