Description:
A flier for the “Ecstasy Garage Disco presents The Funky Four Plus One More,” designed by Eddie Ed. The flier is in portrait orientation and printed on white paper with black printed text and reproduced, handwritten black text in varying fonts and sizes and a large black-and-white illustrated graphic of a car driving down a street at the bottom. The body of the flier is framed within a thin black line. Inside the frame, at the top of the flier, is the venue name and headliner/event title printed in large text that reads [Ecstasy Garage Disco presents / The Funky Four PLUS One MORE].

The bottom third of the flier features a reproduced, hand-drawn graphic of a convertible car with the top down, driving down Macombs Road in the Bronx. The car is oriented facing the left edge of the flier. There are two men in the front and two men in the back. The man in the driver seat has his proper right arm resting on the steering wheel and is looking at the viewer. He is wearing a brimmed hat and has an angry expression on his face. The two men in the back are depicted in profile. One of the men wears a black domino mask over his eyes and the other is wearing a beret and smoking a cigarette. The car is driving by a street lamppost with the street sign [Macombs / R / D] attached on the left, below the lamp. Plastered on the lamppost are three fliers. The top flier reads [V / O / T / E]. Partially visible text on the flier below reads [stasy / arage / isco]. The flier on the bottom is illegible.
Printed below the car in small text is the production company credit: [Another Soul BrothersProd.[sic] THOMPSON AND BARNESS*]. Vertically oriented text along the right edge of the flier provide the address, directions, and the venue name: [1508 MACOMBS RD. 4,D TRAIN TO 170 ST. / EcstasyGarageDisco]. The back of the flier has no text or inscriptions.
