Description:
A black-and-white photograph of the Conard House 9th Street Cafe by Eli Reed. The image shows three (3) booths with metal tables and dark seats. An unidentified worker, wearing glasses, perches in the middle booth wiping the far edge of the table with a towel. A spray bottle sits in the center of the table. The back end of each table has an assortment of condiments, menus, and silverware. There is a hanging lamp in the center. Halfway up the light colored back wall is a strip of molding and a wallpaper border a pattern of grapes, pears, and other fruits. The photograph is matted.
