This certificate has a black and silver border with decorative designs at the corners. The text at center is overlaid on top of a background that includes the continent of Africa with wings, a modern plane above and a vintage plane below. The certificate is copy-signed by the museum’s founder, Captain Clovis Jones, Jr., in the bottom left. There are no markings on the reverse.
