Description:
Black beaded fashion accessory from Mae's Millinery Shop. Black beads of various sizes and shapes are hand sewn to a scalloped shape piece of black fabric. The piece is centered on a length of black velvet ribbon so that a length of ribbon protrudes from each side. One metal hook is sewn to the proper right back, but there is no loop of metal or fabric to attach to it.
