Plastic rain hat (a) folded and placed in to black plastic case (b) from Mae's Millinery Shop. The rain hat has a handle on it so it can be pulled from the case. The black case has a floral design on the front of the flap in pink, blue, and silver. The case closes with one (1) metal snap.
