A color photograph of KRS-One performing at Columbia University.
KRS-One is pictured standing on stage on the right side of the image, facing towards the audience. He wears a New York Yankees jersey under a white jacket with red, yellow, and green stripes at the shoulders and a matching baseball cap. In his proper right hand, he holds a microphone out towards the crowd. The audience is on the left side of the image facing the stage. The front line of the audience is composed of young men wearing black Boogie Down Productions t-shirts with large pink letters reading [BDP]. Their arms are held out at their sides as though they're holding the crowd back from the stage. Along the bottom of the print is a handwritten inscription [KRS-ONE LIVE AT COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY '89] with the photographer's signature [Ricky Powell / '03].
