Markie is pictured seated at a piano, his hands on the keys, his head and body turned sideways to face the camera. He wears a light colored jacket with a darker block of color across the back and shoulders and a black baseball cap with [BIZ / MARKIE] in white with rhinestones. He has a watch on his proper left wrist.
On the back of the print, handwritten inscriptions by Bill Adler identify the subject, location, photographer and date.
