A black-and-white photograph of sixteen (16) women wearing nurse's uniforms, standing outdoors in front of a multi-story brick building. The women are standing in a line, front to back, facing the proper left side of the photograph. The photograph is somewhat out of focus. The woman at the proper right of the photograph possibly is Eunice Jackson.
