Description:
A tintype portrait of an unidentified young girl captured by photographer John Green. She is seated, wearing a dark dress with a light colored patterned scarf at her neck. The dress has long sleeves and a wide ruffle at its hem. The girl has her right elbow propped up on an arm rest and her left hand resting in her lap. She gazes directly at the viewer. The tintype is attached to a faded rectangular pink paper card. The oval image window is bordered by a narrow red line next to a thick red line. The outer edge of the card is bordered by a thin red line with decorative knots designs in the corners. There is a red sticker on the reverse of the paper card.
