This gelatin silver print depicts a black and white image of children playing on the playground of Mary Fields Elementary School under the shade of a tree. Two students play on a swingset while others play in a grassy field in the background. On the left side of the photograph a male student is seated on a swing. He is wearing a graphic t-shirt, pants and gym shoes. A female student is walking toward the empty swing and is wearing a striped sleeveless shirt and shorts. The school house is in the background.
