Description:
A paperback program for a Louis Armstrong tour in Australia and New Zealand. The front cover is blue with a close-up image of Louis Armstrong's face, while playing the trumpet. Black text at the top right corner of the front cover reads “HARRY M. MILLER PRESENTS.” Large white text at the top of the front cover reads “LOUIS ARMSTRONG.” The program has 22 pages and contains articles, black and white images and advertisements. Articles include biographies of Louis Armstrong, his band the All Stars, Lucille Armstrong, Jewel Brown and Eddie Cano. There is also an article about Armstrong's international travel and reputation as "Ambassador Satchmo." The last page of the program is signed by Louis Armstrong in the top right corner. The back cover is an advertisement for Pan American World Airways.
