This black-and-white photograph depicts a group of men gathered under a long black banner. Two men, one wearing a sweater and one a trench coat, carry either end of the banner on two long poles. The banner reads "BLACK MEN WHO CARE INC. / THE WEST DALLAS COMMUNITY" in white lettering. Several other men walk under and behind the banner. One man has his back to the viewer; he is aiming a video recorder at something behind him. The man to his right, carrying a piece of paper, turns his head to look behind.
