Description:
A silver gelatin print depicting a black-and-white image of a man. The man is depicted in full length, standing in a bar. He is leaning his proper right hand against a wall, his proper left hand is resting on his hip, and his proper right leg is crossed in front of his proper left leg. He is wearing a black polo shirt, light toned pants, and a matching light toned jacket. In the foreground is a table covered in a white tablecloth. On top of the table are marimba percussion mallets. In the background are tables covered in white tablecloths and metal chairs with vinyl seat cushions and backs. In the bottom right corner of the image is a handwritten inscription in blue ink that reads, [To Laure / the best / dancing partner / ever - / Sincerely / Carle]. There are no inscriptions on the back of the photograph.
