Minutes from the 18th Annual Meeting of the Improved Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the World. The meeting was held from April 28-30, 1917. The publication consists of over one hundred (100) pages bounded together with staples and adhered to a tan paper cover. The cover features black text flanking a round emblem in the center.
