Description:
Black and white photograph of an unidentified man dressed in Elks regalia. He is wearing light-colored pants with a stripe down the side, a light-colored belted jacket, satin cape, and peaked cap. An I.B.P.O.E.W. badge is pinned to his left breast. The badge reads "I.B.P.O.E.W. / MEMBER / NORTH SIDE / LOUNGE NO. 124 / I.B.P.O.E.W." He holds a pair of white gloves in his right hand.
