This image depicts a young woman holding a small child in her right arm. The woman, with short hair, wears an open jacket, pants and sneakers. The child wears a half zipped jacket and matching pants and stares directly at the viewer. The woman stands sideways in a doorway, balancing between two steps; her right foot on the higher step and the left foot on the lower. Her back against the doorframe, her head turned slightly to her left, she gazes obliquely towards the camera.
