Description:
A circular lapel pin with black, yellow, and red enamel. The face of the pin features the McDonald's logo under the words [AFFIRMATIVE ACTION] which curve along the top edge of the pin. Below the logo there is a jagged yellow field where the words [PASSION / ENERGY / COMMITMENT] are printed in black. The back has a straight pin with Ballou clutch fastener.
